Tainan Automatic Machinery & Intelligent Manufacturing Show (CTMS) is a premier machinery and hardware show in the Asia Pacific region. The show has been successfully hosted for more than 30 years.
In July 2-6, CTMS 2020 will take place in Tainan in , and LK has a booth at A204, showcasing our LT, TC, VM series machining centers.

 

 

Machine information

LT-8 Turning lathe machine | Function compatibility and expandability

Major features: One-piece slanted bed, Mitsubishi M80 control system, with a spindle speed of 6,000 rpm, 10 tools capacity, programmable tailstock, automatic door and chain-plate type conveyor.

Applications: After CE, TS (special equipment manufacturing) certificate, applicable for inner/outer diameter machining and inner diameter boring, etc.
Remarks: LT-series turning lathe machine can be incorporated with TC-series tapping centers to for a machining production line.

 

 

TC510, TC1000 Tapping center | High precision boring and tapping

 

 

Major features: Equipped with Mitsubishi M80 control system, with a spindle speed of 12,000 rpm, 16 tools capacity, liquid cooling on spindle and automatic door.

 

Applications: Machining on aluminum pieces, high precision and high efficiency boring and tapping, curved surface machining, carving and grooving. Comparing with TC510, TC1000 has more advanced performance, with high speed and stable drilling of up to 0.2mm or steel with screw thread of M24.

 

VM-2 Vertical machining center | All-round performance

 

Major features: Mitsubishi M80 control system, Twin doors, 15,000 rpm spindle speed, with 24 tools capacity, liquid cooling on spindle, 3-axis rolling linear guide rail, and GSP 20000 high speed and high precision function.

Applications: Machining on mold, steel and iron products
