LK Group Open House event - The world's first 9000T die-casting machine

On April 21, LK Group have held a bunch of activities for the World Premiere of Dreampress 9000T in Ningbo, China. There are individuals, representatives from the government, association, and media professionals who attended to LK Ningbo factory open day and the summit forum.

 

The whole event is divided into three chapters:

1) LK Group Ningbo Factory Open Day; LK made its debut of the Dreampress DCC9000,

2) 2021 Ningbo Die Casting Industry Development Summit Forum,

3) LK Appreciation Dinner

 

 

On the morning of that day, the participated parties have visited the factory tour and witnessed the launch of Dreampress 9000T. Following is the signing ceremony between LK and Ruili Group Co., Ltd., they signed a contract on the agreement of 3 sets of ultra-large die-casting units (6800-ton, 8000-ton and 9000-ton)

 

The world’s largest die-casting machine, again

Two years after the world’s first 6000T die-casting machine launched in 2019, LK has achieved another remarkable milestone this year; building the world’s first 9000T machine. The new model is named Dreampress and the clamping force is 9000 tons which is the largest die-casting machine in the world.

 

It has a technological breakthrough that differentiates from the traditional toggle-based and toggle-free machines, which have higher performances and wider application ranges, to fully meet the needs of large-size single piece casting production for the automotive industry. It provides a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the die-casting industry.

 

Ruili Group Co., Ltd. has signed 3 sets of ultra-large die-casting units

The signing ceremony of LK, Ruili and Fanuc was held in Ningbo LK Technology training center. The representatives of China Foundry Association, Ruili Group, Shanghai Fanuc and Mr. Liu Siong Song, the founder of LK Group attended the event. At the ceremony, Mr. Liu, the founder of LK Group gave a speech and talked about the cooperation relationship with Ruili Group. “The cooperation between LK and Ruili started in 2001, it has happened just right 20 years. Over the years, thanks to their support as always and continued to develop together. At present, Ruili has been using more than 200 sets of LK die-casting machines for its business.

Zhang Libo, President of China Foundry Association, Mr. Liu Siong Song, founder of LK Group, Zhang Xiaoping, Chairman of Ruili Group, and Qian Hui, General Manager of Shanghai FANUC Robotics Co., Ltd. delivered speeches respectively.

“The cooperation between LK and Ruili started in 2001, it has happened just right 20 years. Over the years, thanks to their support as always and continued to develop together. At present, Ruili has been using more than 200 sets of LK die-casting machines for its business.

 

In the rapid development of new energy vehicle and 5G telecommunication, they are never to stop being innovative and always lead the development trend of the industry.”

Meanwhile, Mr. Liu Siong Song also hopes to unite upstream and downstream industries to create a high-quality and healthy industrial ecology and contribute to the development of China's foundry industry.

 

Second chapter: Ningbo Die-casting Industry Development Summit Forum

In the afternoon, Ningbo LK Technology, Ningbo Foundry Industry Association, Ningbo Foundry Industry Association Die-casting Branch and Shanghai Fanuc Robot Co., Ltd. jointly organized the 2021 Ningbo Die-casting Industry Development Summit Forum that was held at DoubleTree by Hilton Ningbo. Zhang Libo, Chairman of China Foundry Association, Cui Ruiqi, Secretary-General of Foundry Machinery Branch of China Machine Tool and Tool Industry Association, Li Jingying, Deputy Director of Equipment Manufacturing Development Research Center of China Academy of Mechanical Sciences, Chen Chenghai, Inspector of Ningbo Economic Information and Information Technology Bureau Addressing the forum, many industry experts and academicians attended the forum.

Third chapter: Appreciation Dinner to a perfect ending

In the evening, the dinner is sponsored by the LK Group was held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel. The founder of LK Group, Mr. Liu Siong Song delivered a speed and once again expressed his sincere thanks and blessings for everyone coming to the event.

The launch of Dreampress 9000-ton die-casting unit is the start and milestone from the emerging trends development. LK has participated in several national projects jointly creating a new trend in the sustainable development of the foundry industry. The aim is to continue to develop better products for the industry and contribute to the development of the manufacturing industry to become bigger and stronger.
