On August 16, the "Sixteenth China Foundry Association Annual Conference and the Fifth National Foundry Industry Innovation and Development Forum" was held in Shanghai. The opening ceremony commended outstanding individuals in the industry.
Mr. S.S. Liu, the founder of LK Group, was awarded the "China Foundry Industry Lifetime Achievement Award". The award speech pointed out: "Over these year from the beginning of development, throughout the several changes of manufacturing, Mr. Liu has successively developed China's first magnesium alloy die casting machine, the first two-plate die casting machine, the first 2000 tons, 3000 tons, 4500 tons, 5000 tons, and the world's largest 6000 tons intelligent die casting unit. Mr. Liu Xiangshang has always maintained and promoted the unswerving "craftsmanship spirit" in die-casting industry"

 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr. Liu Xiangshang was unable to attend the award ceremony, and Ms. Pan Lingling, general manager of Shenzhen Leadwell Technology Co., Ltd., received the award on behalf of LK Group. In the form of video, Mr. Liu expressed his gratitude to the organizers, judges and colleagues in the die casting industry for their trust, support and encouragement.
